(Dilithium), SLH-DSA (SPHINCS+) and related
standards.
Experience
in software security testing, vulnerability assessment, and code review.
Proficiency
in C, C++, Python, Java, or Rust programming languages.
Knowledge
of cryptographic libraries and secure API integration.
Experience
in performance benchmarking, interoperability testing, and conformance
testing.
Understanding
of PKI, digital signatures, key management, and cryptographic protocols.
Ability to develop automation
frameworks, test scripts, and validation tools.
Proposed Job Profile
Lead
software-based PQC testing, validation, and certification activities.
Develop
automated test suites for evaluation of PQC implementations.
Conduct
source code review, vulnerability assessment, and security testing of
PQC software.
Develop
conformance, interoperability, and performance evaluation frameworks.
Support
development of certification criteria, testing procedures, and technical
documentation.
Contribute
to research and evaluation of emerging PQC algorithms and
implementations.
Assist
in training, capacity-building, and technical outreach activities under CoE-PQC.
Support establishment and
operation of PQC software evaluation laboratories.
